The process is deliberately simple. Send photos of your items on WhatsApp to +971 55 734 9696 in the morning; receive a price range within the hour; a specialist confirms the final quote at your door; you are paid in cash or by transfer; the crew dismantles, wraps and removes everything before the evening ends.
What same-day pickup includes
Every collection includes the full removal service, not just transport. Our crew dismantles beds, wardrobes and wall-mounted items with their own tools; wraps sofas, tables and glass in protective material; protects lifts, corridors and door frames; and loads everything onto our covered trucks. You do not need to prepare, pack or carry anything.
For apartment towers we book the service lift with building security in advance and work inside the approved moving hours. For gated communities we arrange gate passes, and for buildings that require a move-out permit or NOC, our supervisor prepares the paperwork before the truck arrives. These details are where most same-day promises fail — they are exactly the details our logistics team handles daily.
Items with no resale value can be removed as part of the same visit by agreement, so you are never left booking a second company for the pieces we cannot buy.

What we remove — and what we pay for it
We pick up and pay for sofas and sofa beds, beds and mattresses, wardrobes, dining sets, coffee tables, TV units, desks and office chairs, majlis sets, carpets, curtains, fridges, washing machines, ACs, cookers and TVs. Essentially, if it furnished a home or office, we will quote for it.
Payment follows the same rule as everything we do: you are paid before the truck leaves, in cash or by instant bank transfer. There are no collection fees, no dismantling fees and no lift charges — the quote is the amount you receive.
