Most second-hand furniture shopping in Dubai means scrolling marketplace photos and gambling on condition. Our Al Quoz showroom is the opposite experience: a physical floor where every item has already passed inspection, cleaning and testing, where you can sit on the sofa, open the wardrobe drawers and run the washing machine before you pay.
Stock comes directly from our own buying operation — villa clearances in Jumeirah and Arabian Ranches, apartment clearances in the Marina and JVC, office liquidations in Business Bay. Because we are the buyer, the refurbisher and the seller, there is no dealer margin between the original owner and you. That is why our prices sit well below retail, and often below marketplace sellers once you factor in delivery and condition.
The showroom is in Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, easy to reach from Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road, and open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
What you will find on the floor
Living room: sofas and sofa beds, majlis sets, coffee tables, TV units, recliners and accent chairs — from everyday family sets to near-new designer pieces from premium villa clearances. Bedroom: beds with clean mattresses, wardrobes, dressers, bedside tables and complete matched bedroom sets.
Dining and kitchen: dining tables and chairs in every size, sideboards, kitchen cabinets and pantry furniture. Office: workstations, executive desks, ergonomic chairs, meeting tables and storage from our corporate liquidations — popular with startups furnishing a first office on a real budget.
Appliances: fridges, washing machines, cookers, dishwashers, microwaves and TVs, every one tested by our appliance specialists before sale. Stock turns over fast — new arrivals land on the floor every week, and the best pieces rarely last long.
How every item is prepared before sale
Preparation is what separates a showroom from a warehouse. Furniture is inspected for structural soundness, cleaned and sanitised, with upholstery vacuumed and treated. Drawers, hinges and mechanisms are checked and adjusted. Appliances are run through functional tests — cooling performance, wash cycles, burner and oven function — by a team with more than seven years in the appliance trade.
We describe condition honestly: every item carries a clear condition grade, and we will point out the mark on the armrest before you find it yourself. What we never sell is anything we would not put in our own homes.
If you want something specific — a king bed with storage, a six-seat dining set, a French-door fridge — tell the team and we will WhatsApp you the moment a match arrives from a clearance.
Buying from the showroom, delivery and part-exchange
You can buy three ways: visit the showroom and take items on the spot, reserve from photos on WhatsApp (+971 55 734 9696), or ask the team to source a specific item from upcoming clearances. Payment is cash, card or bank transfer.
Delivery covers every Dubai area and is scheduled around you — including evening slots. Our crew carries items in, places them where you want them, and assembles beds and wardrobes on site. For apartment towers we book the service lift with your building, just as we do for our collections.
