Hospitality liquidation is a specialist job
Hotels and restaurants cannot simply empty a building the way a home can. A hotel renovates floor by floor while guests sleep above; a restaurant refits between service days; a café replaces furniture overnight. Our hospitality buying service is built around that reality: we purchase the complete lot, agree a phased collection schedule with your operations team, and remove furniture in windows that never touch your trading hours.
We buy from hotels, hotel apartments, restaurants, cafés, cafeterias, shisha lounges, catering companies and cloud kitchens across Dubai — from boutique properties in Bur Dubai and Deira to large hotels on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai Marina, JBR and Palm Jumeirah.
Every hospitality lot is valued as a whole, with payment by company bank transfer, full invoicing and proper documentation for your asset disposal records.
Hotel furniture we buy
Hotel bedroom furniture is our most common hospitality lot: beds and mattresses, headboards, bedside tables, wardrobes, luggage racks, desks and chairs, dressers, mirrors and soft seating — bought floor by floor or property-wide. Matched sets carry strong resale value because our showroom customers include hotel apartment operators and landlords furnishing multiple units.
Beyond the rooms, we buy lobby and public-area furniture — sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, consoles and reception desks — plus banquet and event furniture: stackable chairs, folding and round banquet tables, buffet stations and stage furniture. Fridges, minibars, safes and room appliances are valued by our appliance specialists in the same offer.
For hotel apartment operators, we also clear complete furnished units — furniture, appliances, kitchenware and soft furnishings — in one visit per unit.
Restaurant and café furniture and equipment
Restaurant lots combine furniture with commercial kitchen equipment, and we buy both. On the furniture side: dining tables and chairs, booth and banquette seating, bar stools and high tables, outdoor terrace sets, host stands and POS counters. On the equipment side: commercial fridges and freezers, chillers and display counters, cooking ranges, ovens, fryers, grills, shawarma machines, dishwashers, prep tables, shelving and stainless steel work.
Equipment is tested on site by our appliance team before valuation, and heavy stainless items are removed by our own crew with the right trolleys and protection. We coordinate with mall management and building security for loading bay slots — a routine step for us in Dubai Mall-area venues, Marina Walk, JBR and food courts across the city.
Closing permanently? We clear the complete premises including back-of-house, dry store shelving and office furniture, and leave the unit broom-clean for handover to the landlord.
How a hospitality valuation works
For large lots, our founder Hassan Jamil personally reviews the valuation. You share an inventory list, floor plan or walk-through video; we visit, test equipment and inspect furniture condition; then you receive one written offer for the lot with a collection schedule attached. There are no removal charges — the offer is the amount you receive.
Most hospitality sellers contact us four to eight weeks before a renovation or handover, which allows the best prices and the smoothest schedule. But if your timeline is shorter, talk to us anyway — we have cleared complete restaurants within 48 hours when the deadline demanded it. Start the process on WhatsApp at +971 55 734 9696.
